friendly staff helpful people clean room working radiator

the hotel had friendly staff. i found the front desk people helpful. rooms were clean. radiators worked well and my room was sufficiently warm even in winter.

the walls are very thin so i could hear people in the hallway sometimes.

there were restaurants outside. i also noticed a nice square. it was easy to find places to eat nearby with a variety of options available and it was very convenient.

The staff was helpful. they gave a map with explanations to help me get around. it reminded me of a thoughtful touch. i could also leave my luggage after checking out. This was very convenient.

The location is perfect because it is near the train station. it made traveling with luggage easier. it is also fairly central to main attractions, so access was simple. I enjoyed the convenience.

adequate, but with some issues

small room inconvenient elevator

my stay had some drawbacks. the room was quite small (i think it was a converted closet). also, i found the lack of an elevator particularly inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs, rather tiring.

lack of elevator disruptive noise

the location was great staff were friendly and the room was clean.

the hotel lacked an elevator, quite inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. also, the noise from other guests in the hallway was very disruptive particularly late at night. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
