perfect location friendly staff convenient luggage different height no towel unfriendly reception

The location was perfect, close to the train station. Staff members were very nice. It was very convenient to leave my bags after check-out and before check-in!

The beds were not the same height I booked two single beds and the heights didn't match. There was no place to hang wet towels.

adequate, but with some issues

small room inconvenient elevator

my stay had some drawbacks. the room was quite small (i think it was a converted closet). also, i found the lack of an elevator particularly inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs, rather tiring.

lack of elevator disruptive noise

the location was great staff were friendly and the room was clean.

the hotel lacked an elevator, quite inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. also, the noise from other guests in the hallway was very disruptive particularly late at night. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
